I went through Martindale-Nolo Legal Network to obtain information to see how this firm could assist me with my employer holding back insurance after my confirmed good surgery. Today i called over and the receptionist "answers after 20 rings" picks up, i advise the situation and then she asks me my name which i alrteady provided, asks me what attorney am i working with... so i tell her the story again. The receptioist does not understand english or is unfamiliar with customer service. If the employees cannot understand a call- what does that tell you about the firm?
The attorney contacted me seven months after my mother's death declaring he forgot to file a claim with the insurance company. I gave him a claim number because I had received assistance in filing this claim directly with AFLAC on the eighth day following her death without this attorney's assistance. He refused to communicate with us, destroyed the only copy of the insurance policy we gave him, threatened us with the loss of our estate and treated us as though we were beneath him. Horrible firm.
