McGrath Gibson Injury & Family Law is a law firm established in 2007 with an office in Jacksonville, FL. At this office location, there are 3 lawyers practicing personal injury, automobile accidents and injuries, truck accidents and 8 other areas of law.
I was very happy with the level of personal attention I received as a client at McGrath Gibson. Mr. McGrath met with me personally on several occasions when I had questions about the progress of my case. I was very pleased at the result and have recommended his firm to friends and family members.
You have to call him for updates. He doesn't keep in touch with updates.
I was very dissatisfied with the quality of service that was provided to me by McGrath & Gibson Law Firm. Communication was extremely POOR. I was not allowed to speak with attorney McGrath at any time, for any reason. I was told I had to go through the paralegal, who would not return my calls after leaving a voice message. I had to go through the FL Bar Association in order to get some communication going between me and that office. My case was drawn out for 5-1/2 years, it made no sense.
Staff has a high turnover rate, making things difficult to get done. They take on more cases than they can handle. DO NOT recommend for Family Law, attorney admittedly stated that's not where their money comes from. This attorney went MIA resulting in my divorce being filed without my knowledge, with glaring errors.
Brad Gibson was horrible to work with. Held case up for over 3 yrs. Zero communication. Basically had to threaten a law suit to get my settlement after a year. I would not recommend Brad Gibson to settle a dispute between two 5 yr olds over a marble game. All together a HORRIBLE experience.
I submitted several prescription reimbursement receipts to this firm and also lost wage paperwork 7 months ago and they never submitted the paperwork to the insurance company therefore I have received nothing. Very incompetent law firm don't hire this law firm.
