Hired Attorney

Linda Hester is a terrible person. I would never allow her around me and she is my neighbor. She has turned my wife and myself into the city of Jacksonville twice now. Once for building a pole barn that we have called the city before, and they said we didn’t need a permit for. Not to mention several people in our area have built pole barns and not had permits. And now for adding top soil to our property. She does not keep her yard us as well. We tried to clean the poison oak and vines off her rickety fence as as we pulled them off her old fence fell apart. We quickly repaired the fence but she said we were liable to pay for a new fence for her. This fence was over 20 years old and was falling onto our property. When she did replace the fence she didn’t even have it installed to the ground. We have a little dog that can walk under her fence and get out. When we called Linda Hester about it she said she didn’t care and that her dog was smart enough not to get out. Hence why we got dirt
