Mr Pinard was very helpful in my case. Civil Service law is very disturbing to fight against, I don't know how any lawyer can stand to do it. He was to the point and helped me get what I wanted.

The lawyer was one half hour late for a counseling session. We were interrupted twice by his personal cell phone calls. He was discussing home decorating or renovation of his home with a contractor. Of the 30 minutes I spent with him, 18 minutes were used by his personal phone calls.

This man is a fraudster who misleads you and then you have to beg him to do his job. He doesn't communicate with his clients. He also extremely nasty and belittles the clients. He waits months before you even hear from him. Do not waste your time with this low life you will be disappointed and ripped off. He needs to be disbarred from practicing law.

He is incompetent, lied about everything, he is rude, and should not practice law, he took my money, and did not do anything for me, he made me feel like I have no education, he was always on vacation, he needs to be working in mcd

He is the most unethical attorney you could have. You will be very disappointed. Does not communicate at all. If you want to be screwed he is your guy! He does not look in client’s best interest, only his own.

This attorney is a fraud and a crook! He did absolutely nothing. He basically sat on case for nearly a year until we inquired. He was rude, demeaning, and extremely disrespectful whenever we attempted to follow-up. He drained us over $3K to send a few emails make a few phone calls according to him, which was not what we paid him to do. Instead, he dropped us. We never received a billing breakdown to justify the money paid. He lied to us! Cannot be trusted. We later learned this is not the first time he's done this to people.

STAY AWAY from this tyrant, he will take your money and not do anything and will lose your case. Look up all his complaints. was unprepared at my hearing does not care about you or your case.. He charged me for actions he did not do. He ruined my case

Do yourself a favor and stay away it's not worth it for what you have to go through. Very slow moving takes to long. You will be disappointed!

He is an incompetent Attorney. We had to file multiple Bar Complaints for violations of his professional responsibilities to his client. He misrepresented himself for the services rendered and when we demand reimbursement of our retainer fees for failing to seek the relief we paid for he refused to reimburse our fees and stated the whole $3000 was earned by him and withdraw from the case and said good luck in getting it back. We have had to report this grand theft to State authorities.
