This firm has been amazing!!! I have been work with attorney Steve and his assistant Kimberly Grady. Kim has gone out of her way to stay in constant contact with me to update me on my case. I’ve had a million questions and she has always responded promptly with very detailed (in understandable language) responses. She would even go out of her way to contact me after hours with any of my concerns!!! I am very grateful for her and the firm!!! I highly recommend them!!!
My first time hiring a law firm in ref to an auto accident, I am a disabled female veteran and my husband is a service connected disabled veteran.our atty Mr Adam Jegley and paralegal Lauren Curtis were absolutely the best. I could not of asked for better representation thin the two of them. Very important factors to me were understanding at all times where we stood with our case, never did I feel like I was stupid or being put off or they didn't have time for me, NEVER. Very professional compassionate understanding attys. They took all the stress off me and handled everything. 100 per cent hands down I'd hire again, and for the ones who are in need of an atty Rainwater, Holt & Sexton is where you need to go. FAMILY ORIENTATED CAREING ATTYS THAT WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU.
Rainwater is the best. Especially my caseworker Jen Ruiz. She makes my day everytime we talk. She is very dedicated to getting me the information needed to receive my full benefits. We need more people like her in today's world.
Mr. Rainwater was fantastic. He displayed a great understanding of the law and was able to answer all my questions. I would recommend him to anyone needing a personal injury lawyer.
A personable, down to earth, honest attorney that works for you. He helped me in a time of need and I greatly appreciate his time and service. He is very knowledgeable.

I could not have asked for a more professional and thorough legal team. John Miller and Ashton Duncan are a power team. I enjoyed the personal approach they took and the genuine concern for my well being. the level of professionalism is 2nd to none, and they will be the 1st call i make if i ever need legal help again. i highly recommend RHS to anybody that seeks attorneys that are true warriors for their clients rights. I applaud RHS for having these wonderful people as a part of their team. :)
I haven't spoken to him personally, but the contact person on my case is excellent.

i was transferred from a small 1-person law office to rainwater, holt & sexton when i had a debilitating wreck which seemed very innocuous. a car t-boned me going approximately 25 miles per hour, and the resulting injury cause me to be placed on social security disability. the insurance company of the person who hit me was not wanting to pay anything due to the fact that i had not actually been hospitalized for the injury, but my attorneys fought for me and got the max settlement. very pleased!!

Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.
Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome and Martindale-Hubbell accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of any review. For more information on Martindale-Hubbell Client Review Ratings, please visit our Client Review Page
Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
• Notable: This rating indicates that the lawyer has been recognized by a large number of their peers for strong ethical standards.
Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
Attorneys that receive reviews from their peers, but not a sufficient number to establish a Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating, will have those reviews display on our websites.
Ratings and reviews are feedback from people who have either consulted an attorney about an issue (but may not have hired the attorney) or people who hired an attorney as a current or former client and provided their feedback to our sister site, Avvo.com.
