Worst ever. Insufferable personality. Slow. Uncaring and uninterested Minor Ferris Bueller Buchanan Every Daze Off so there will no work done on your file. Big talking loud mouth who yelled at me on the phone and in his office. His goal is to make you mad where you will fire him. He has never seen the inside of a courtroom. He lives on retainer money judges let him keep after being fired. He is a total loser moron. There is no such thing as a good attorney and this guy is a 5 star malingerer. He thinks he's worth 250.00 an hour but he's not worth 2.50 a day. Throw a dart at lawyers in the yellow pages and you'll do just as good..which is not saying much. If you want a lawyer with an overinflated ego and a big round loud mouth he's your guy. He thinks you work for him not the other way around. You can get better advice from your horoscope or a chimp. I cannot stress enough what a lousy person this guy is. He is a thief and a liar well past his expiration date. Don't hire him.
Attorney Buchanan does not have good listening skills to have practiced law for as long as he has. He ask questions, cuts you off before you can answer and draws the wrong conclusions. I had spoken to 2 other Attorneys prior to discussing my case with him and they felt I had a strong case. He did not think it was enough evidence to pursue a case. If he had listen, reviewed the evidence I collected via a body camera and spoken with a eye witness he would have seen the evidence and a case
Coward of an attorney. If it's a case that he thinks is hard to win, he doesn't have the client's best interest in mind. He will bleed you dry of excessive billing. He listens to the voice in his head not his clients request. No matter how many times you visit him in his '70's decor office, he's never prepared. The first 30 minutes that's discussed is about things that are in his file! Better off getting a chimpanzee to represent you in court.
