A class action is very long in coming to fruition, the firm has been very good about communicating all moves & countermoves. When I've called with a question, they've always answered promptly by either phone or email. I get copies of all paperwork submitted & obtained to keep me abreast of the situation as it develops. Overall, I believe not only are they diligent, but looking out for me - suggesting other avenues & options as they apply.

Interesting experience: I now realize of the 75 great reviews, the two written by potential clients were not good. In fact, the impressive website and peer reviews suggests this was the firm I wanted to discuss a potential claim with. I called and received a call back the next day from a paralegal who asked many questions which I believe were a bit invasive and seemingly unrelated to my experience. In retrospect, it seemed like a fishing expedition for information about myself. While I cannot say for sure these are related, soon after our discussion I started receiving phishing calls. I rarely give out my number so it does make me question whether this firm is legit or not. As with the other reviewers, I never received a call back from this firm, and now they have my email address, phone number and other pii that I wish I'd never given them.
