I paid him 1000.00 and got a second opinion from another attorney that said I do not qualify for a chapter 7. I contacted Joseph Scalia's office for a refund of my retainer and they said no. That the 1000.00 covered my consultation which was supposed to be free. They never had my information ie. financial information from me to proceed with my bk.
