We sought the council for guidance on dealing with a manufactured home retailer not fulfilling their contract. Luciano took the time to listen to our situation from beginning to end. We left with guidance on how to proceed with the retailer, who was unresponsive to our situation. Luciano was upfront about the potential cost and stress involved in litigation. He asked that We copy him on any email correspondence with the retailer; low and behold, we received a call from the retailer, and they are taking steps to resolve the situation swiftly.

The first impression I received from Mr. Nino Lama was how knowledgeable he is, the fact that he allowed me to speak and he took notes and time to understand a very confusing situation I was going thru (he was quick to figure things out fast). I tried explaining this issue to many other attorneys and their response were: "there is to much going on with this case" followed by "I am very sorry but I cant help you"; or " This is something that you can win, but it will take a very long time". I went into Lama's office on March 20th, 2023, he took my case and explained exactly how he was going to proceed, Mr. Nino kept me informed thru constant communication over email and over the phone. He was compassionate, and extremely responsive never taking more than 1 hour to get back to me, some times even less. Nino Lama won my case on March 31st, 2023, in just 11 days. I believed him when he said: I will fight very hard for you Mr. Duany. Know that at Lama Law, Mr. Nino will fight for you too.
