We sought the council for guidance on dealing with a manufactured home retailer not fulfilling their contract. Luciano took the time to listen to our situation from beginning to end. We left with guidance on how to proceed with the retailer, who was unresponsive to our situation. Luciano was upfront about the potential cost and stress involved in litigation. He asked that We copy him on any email correspondence with the retailer; low and behold, we received a call from the retailer, and they are taking steps to resolve the situation swiftly.
