Hired Law Firm

Ed Crossmore is one of the most astute Lawyers I've met. He's worked with me for over 40-years keeping me out of 'hot water' in my general contracting business both commercial and residential. He knows his law and he studies day and night in preparation for litigation. I've never lost a case with Ed and his team. He is organized and does not unnecessarily bill for his time. The Crossmore Law Office is worth every dollar!

Hired Law Firm

Edward Crossmore filed a lien against my personal residence, even though my home was never involved in the project or the dispute. A lien is a serious action that can cloud title, interfere with refinancing or sale, and create pressure unrelated to the merits. Using it against an uninvolved property reflects, at minimum, a lack of basic diligence in confirming the proper parties and property before recording a lien. Although the lien was later removed, it never should have been filed in the first place, and I still had to spend time and money addressing a problem that shouldn’t have existed. In my opinion, this was poor lawyering and showed an inability (or unwillingness) to pursue a fair, equitable resolution through good-faith negotiation instead of unnecessary escalation.

Hired Law Firm

Ed Crossmore and Kirsten Tiffany are basically conmen who prey on elderly. The took my 85 year old mother for everything. We went to him to sell our gas station, my mother has dementia. We brought him a sign offer for $800,000 as is and he said it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get the paper work done. It's been 3+ years and still not resolved. We have lost $500000 now. When we complained and after my mother paid him $10's of thousands of dollar she broke a hip and ended up in a nursing home, it was then when he suddenly fired her as a client and left her with no representation and did it by serving a elderly woman who at the at time was an incapacitated woman in the nursing home. She was so confused and cried for a week. We have reported him and are filing a complaint with the NY Bar and not the first to be suing him for elder abuse, no communication, no returning phone calls and not furnishing any legal documents to my mother. So far he has cost her $500,O00. Research him and beware

Hired Law Firm

You better hire a lawyer to hire this lawyer! You may be reassured one thing but are asked to sign another. DO NOT communicate verbally with this law firm, EVERYTHING in written communications or it didn't happen!!! Anything verbally will be denied ever happening in arbitration. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM TO ANYONE! EVER.

Hired Law Firm

1. They actively violate "Conflict of interests,". 2. I would say that its the lawfirm for firm for crooks or drug addict criminals. 3. They have a association with unethical and fraudulent lawyer in Ithaca like Luke Zachary Fenchel, who exploits/abuses people, furthermore he retaliates, conspires, and steals money/files. He needs to be incarcerated... 4. Do not hire them or give them any files, rather record them.
