Attorney Grossman was not responsive in a probate case after saying he would take the job. He did not respond to several e-mails. He did not follow up on phone calls. When I reached him after two months, he claimed that my e-mails had gone to his junk mail. I don't know if that's true, but I had left phone messages with his assistant as well, exactly for that reason.
