Richard Kinkade is an absolute joke of an attorney. Any sleazy attorney that advertises by blasting a foreclosure sale date on the front of a mailer doesn’t deserve anyone’s business because he clearly doesn’t care about protecting other people’s right to privacy. The worst part about the mailer is his claim of “only paying $313 to file - why pay more?” — $313 is the actual cost to the court to file a bankruptcy — you will be charged at least $2k-$3k more by Richard Kinkade, so don’t let his BS false advertisements fool you. Just don’t waste your time on this guy. Find someone that doesn’t have to resort to spammy advertising to get business. Just go look at all of his pictures in “Hollywood” — totally insufferable human being to say the very least.
This lawfirm is horrible. Absolutly no communication
I have known Mr. Kinkade for over 20 years in my capacity as a paralegal. However, I have never seen such inadequate representation by any lawyer as I saw in Mr. Kinkade. He allows his staff to frequently give legal advice, which is usually incorrect and/or misguided; he does not communicate at all with clients; in my case, he was to prepare a Complaint against a harassing creditor for intentional duress and violation of section 362, but never started a draft of it before I terminated him.
