Hired Attorney

I worked closely with Ted and members of his attorney posse for over a year on a case. My client was dealing with an 8 figure exposure and a probable trial outcome in the high seven figures. The demand was well in excess of policy limits and could be justified. The Lee group mounted a relentless, almost rabid defense of my clients against a premiere nationally known Plaintiff's injury firm. Ted has a way of sweating the details and covering all of the bases. Ultimately, his knowledge of the case and the subject matter put my client into a position to settle for far less than the authority that he was given by the carrier
