I will forever be grateful to Madison Law. They took on my case and worked hard to advocate for me. They made sure that my health and recovery were top priority. They explained the process in detail and they inspired a lot of trust. They really are A great firm.
BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE !!! these are the sketchiest attorneys in OC, DO NOT RETAIN THEM. they go after vulnerable people who are getting some sort of payout from insurance, THEN, once they are satisfied with how much money they can get out of the person, they close the case (w/out the clients permission), withdraw as your attorney, then almost immediately, turn around and sue you for “breach of contract”. you want to know how many “breach of contract” cases they have ?? go down to the courthouse and ask to see their records and you’ll see a very suspicious pattern…one of the most horrible ones was what these people did to this poor man who got permanently disabled from a construction accident; the insurance company offered a tiny amount of like $5,000, Madison law (w/out their clients permission or knowledge!!) closed the case withdrew as his attorneys, leaving this man with only $5,000, THEN they went and sued him, this permanently disabled man… these people are disturbing…
The worst. This is why people hate lawyers so much. I am a former client and my experience was that James Sifers and Ali Parvenah never intended to do what I paid them to do and just saw a way of them getting paid and leaving me in financial ruin. I went down to courthouse to look them up and page after page of what they did to me they have done to other clients. They removed themselves as my attorney then immediately filed breach of contract on me for around $43,000 and put a lien on me and levied my accounts - I don’t believe in god but if I did I would say Sifers and Parvenah are evil. Also their law degrees are mail- order type degrees. This was pointed out to me by a prominent OC lawyer when I explained my reason for being poverty stricken. It’s because of Madison Law that my already perilous financial position was made irreparable because Madison Law intentionally caused my case to fail by not acting in my best interest at all , withdrawing and then suing. Beware.
This seems to be a pattern with Madison Law; in the middle of my case right after I got awarded what I was rightfully mine in first place Madison Law was supposed to obtain damages which would have been guaranteed since the other party already admitted fault. Instead Ali/Madison Law quit as my attorneys and immediately hit me with a lawsuit for almost $50,000 for Breach of Contract. They left me high and dry. In no way did he have my fiduciary interest anywhere in sight. I think that from the outset Ali Parvenah intended to do exactly what he did do which is to wait until I got first payment which was guaranteed without their help then withdraw as my attorney then sue me for breaking contract. I was in a bad position at the time which is why I needed a lawyer but not being savvy about lawyers, I did not consider that a lawyer would do this. And it would have been a slam dunk case had they not turned on me. He levied my acct placed liens on me.
