Hired Attorney Richard Heston

I retained Mr. Heston this past year to resolve my debt matters via Bankruptcy. His highly professional and skilled Law Firm, Heston & Heston Law, quickly resolved my legal matters. Mr. Heston was not only one phone call away for answering any question I had about my case; his team was very organized, approachable, and straight forward during my petition. My hearing of Creditors and the 341 Hearing was well organized and clear cut. With Mr. Heston’s assistance; my discharge was quickly approved without any further filings. I am incredibly thankful to have retained Mr. Heston for my legal or debt situation. His firm was a godsend and retaining an attorney for such reasons is no laughing matter. Hired Attorney Richard Heston

Mr Heston is a very knowledgeable attorney. He is a certified specialist in not only bankruptcy law, but family law as well. A rare combination indeed. His casual and friendly demeanor is reassuring. It says to his clients, "I care". I couldn't have asked for a finer attorney.
I highly recommend Heston & Heston. I would not hesitate to use this firm again.

Hired Attorney Richard Heston

Failed to return multiple phone calls after collecting our money and doing very little for our case. Continue to send bills for remainder of payment without finishing certain aspects of our case or following up with us.

Other than the use of "our" to suggest a joint husband/wife filing, I am unable to determine who posted this comment, as I would be happy to look into the clients' case and attempt to address their dissatisfaction or adjust the fee.
