Hired Attorney Hon Donald Powell

My Dad delayed doing a will until he was very ill. He chose Don Powell because he was from a long time Iron County family. When Don realized how ill Dad was he came to our home, spent several hours with Dad and returned four days later providing a document that reflected all of Dad’s wishes for his estate. All through this Don was so kind , thoughtful, and respectful toward Dad and our family. After Dad died the will clearly guided my sister do she easily carried out Dad’s wishes.

Hired Attorney Hon Donald Powell

Don was able to help us with a family situation. I found him to be straight forward, and honest. What you would expect from a person born. and raised in the U.P. He explained the good, and bads points of our case in great detail. If you need a lawyer in Wi, or Mi this is the lawyer to speak with. By the way he won our case, and couple off attorneys didn't think it could be done.
