Polich Tousignant Law Offices is a law firm with an office in Iron River, MI. At this office location, there are 2 lawyers.
Used them for a mortgage/promissory note. Communication was terrible. They didn't even know who was being billed at first, and seemed generally dis-organized. We made very clear we'd like to know the cost ASAP for other financial planning purposes, which they failed to do. I had to beg for an invoice almost 3 weeks after the service was complete. When we finally got it, much higher than expected for what was done, and of course there was no itemization to review, even though it was only a 4-5 hour job. Then the kicker.... when I asked the law clerk how they could charge that much without being able to actually break it out to see what they charged for what, and at what rates... she said to me: "What do you do for a living?" Are you kidding me? How unbelievably unprofessional. Guess what, even though it's a small town and there may be different "standards", you need to show some semblance of communication, organization and professionalism. Super embarrassed for them. Sketchy!
