Matthew J. Hayek coerced my elderly mother to sign everything to MidWestOne Bank. That's financial elder abuse. Bear in mind, Matthew J. Hayek is on the board of MidwestOne Bank. During the trial, Matthew J. Hayek tried to paint me as a liar. This worked with the judge who is probably getting money under the table from Matthew J. Hayek. I have the evidence that Matthew J. Hayek lied to the court.
Mary Kate's a privileged white woman who bathes in the social standing her husband's last name provides. Whilst, her husband, Matthew Hayek, cloaks himself in threadbare and old clothing to maintain the family's appearance of "for the people", while commiting financial elder abuse. Personally, I think Matthew Hayek has relations with one of the administrative staff. That one of administrative staff looked at me with such defensiveness, guile and hatred, I immediately thought something's up. So, I do wonder if Mary Kate has something going on with Julie Dancer. The defense -- instead of objectivity of the situation -- says to me Julie Dancer has compromising pictures of Mary Kate Pilcher Hayek and Matthew J. Hayek with goats.
