I was in a car accident on 10/2018. I spoke w attorney/owner Theodore, a recommended attorney @ Holliday Karatinos. After hiring my attorney I was not contacted for another 13-14 months. Never returned my calls. Never talked to Ted again. UnKnowledgeable of my case never talked to same person twice UnProfessional Oscar was so unprofessional and degrading to me (as his client in mediation) UnCompassionate, UnOrganized on all levels. UnDetermined didn’t even know me from man on the moon. UnTrustworthy didn’t even try to act trustworthy or try to make me think they were representing me. UnResponsive, never ever knew multiple calls were made. UnReliable, def could not even explain my case in mediation because Oscar couldn’t quit huffing and puffing his lack of knowledge of my case. The other insurance attorney corrected him from the prior depo with James. They aren’t “for the people” at all. They are the “for the money.” They pocketed 55% of my small little claim. No replacement
