need ur help ASAP 🙏🏻 I have been wrongfully jailed over lies n being set up pics being set up standing next to me which was totally set up and my son was taken from me and I was never given any way to get him back due to CPS caseworker taking my ex husband and his son from his other wife and his sons wife and they were working on setting me up for a year and a half before my ex died n cos also falsified paperwork and failed to inform me about court dates telling me that they don't have any court dates n the next week I would receive paperwork saying that I never had any intention of coming to court n I have not tried to contact my son I abandoned him all false I have all the messages to n from me n them me begging to talk to him and them saying cos said I can't my court app. lawyer was on CPS side telling me to come back to do time in jail even though I was innocent n now I have been told if I come back to Indiana I will be charged with molesting my son and I would never do that

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
