Leave a review about your experience with this lawyer.DCS was trying to classify my child as a CHINS, a child in need of their services. They traumatized my child over 4 months, had him in foster care; even though he has 3 grown full blooded siblings that could have kept him., and 2 grandmothers!
I'm so thankful I found this wonderful, intelligent man to help me get through this.
He got my son out of there as quick as he could, and also confronted DCS on their incompetence and lies.
He's THE best & he saved my son from further traumatization.
Mr. Shive is knowledgeable, responsive and reputable, particularly amongst other attorneys. However, he failed to order discoveries through the court on my ex-husband and had a one way approach to solving my issue. He is expensive, seems to lack empathy and did not get results for me. It seems to me he is successful in part because he quickly drops those cases he is not in support of or that are not easy for him.
