Lindsey Moss Willey is of counsel at Bose McKinney & Evans. She focuses on regulatory compliance, procurement and the administrative and economic development needs of municipalities. Lindsey is also a principal at Bose Public Affairs Group where her extensive experience in politics and government allows her to advocate for clients spanning diverse industries, including manufacturing, transportation, alcohol, technology, energy and environmental interests. She is knowledgeable on local government issues, providing strategic insights to help government and business leaders navigate complex legislative and regulatory environments through targeted policy solutions and strategic partnerships. She also assists clients with PAC management and compliance.
Prior to joining Bose Public Affairs Group and Bose McKinney & Evans, Lindsey served as chief government affairs officer and legislative counsel at Accelerate Indiana Municipalities (Aim). With more than 450 municipal members, Aim serves as the official voice of municipal government in Indiana. Lindsey led Aim’s legislative team, actively advocating for Indiana’s cities and towns on a broad range of legislation impacting local governments across the state. She also previously held roles in the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office and Indiana Senate Majority Caucus.
