Harshman Ponist {neweline}Smith & Rayl, LLC is a law firm with an office in Indianapolis, IN. At this office location, there are 4 lawyers practicing administrative law, drug crimes, dui/dwi and 15 other areas of law.
She lied on me in court and manipulated facts and evidence for her narrative and didn't look out for the best interest of my kids because she went on maternity leave and didn't do her job and when I asked why she hadn't been involved especially since their dad was crazy and narcissistic and not taking care of them and my kids said he did something to them she had no response but this to give them to him 100% after 5 years of court dates and exhibits proving him unfit and crazy. She even wrote against him in February and then by March or April started working for him to protect her credibility. She couldn't even keep her story straight in court. It was all around messed up. Selfish and evil.
If you have one chance, I would not recommend this to my worst enemy. Incompetence is an understatement. Communication is horrible, appointments are commonly missed, and attitude and lackadaisical approach really didn’t sit well. Huge shocker
Icontacted his lawyer at least two weeks prior to appeal deadline. I told her that my ex withheld pertinent information which greatly effected the outcome of the ruling. The attorney waited until 2hrs before the appeal deadline to respond and say if i wanted to appeal they would need $5000 in the next 2 hours. She's also refused to bring multiple counts of blatant contempt to the attention of the court.
