Bryan San Jose is an associate in the Estate and Wealth Transfer Planning Group at Bose McKinney & Evans. He focuses his practice on estate plans for clients at all net worths, drafting and funding irrevocable trusts, creating business succession plans, formation of LLCs, and providing guidance on fiduciary duties and obligations for individual and corporate personal representatives, trustees and guardians.
Prior to joining the firm, Bryan was an associate attorney at firms in Fort Wayne and Indianapolis, where he developed estate plans and drafted estate planning documents, handled guardianship cases, drafted purchase agreements for the sale of residential property and provided counsel on prenuptial agreements. While in law school, Bryan completed more than 250 pro bono hours through the Access to Justice program. He was a Bradley fellow in Criminal Law and Procedure, the 2021 recipient of the Outstanding Contribution to Student Life Award and treasurer of the Latinx Law Student Association.
