would not recommend working with Jynell Berkshir Group based on my experience. The Park of Four Seasons HOA in Indianapolis chose her firm, and the process was extremely frustrating from beginning to end. In my personal experience, fees were constantly added without clear communication, even after making large payments toward the balance. Instead of helping resolve the issue, it felt like the costs were increasing with no explanation. Even after paying thousands through Swartz Vays and having my debt fully satisfied, I never received a proper release of the account. Because of that, my HOA account showed unpaid status for over a month, which created more problems and allowed additional action to be taken even though I had already paid everything. To me, this showed a lack of follow-through and attention to detail, and it caused unnecessary stress. Based on what I went through, I feel the process was handled poorly and with a lot of negligence. I hope others have a better experience,
This lady was the plaintiff for our HOA. We were in foreclose and she deliberately did not communicate and made charges rack up on our end. She does not respond and I believe she does it on purpose to get more money. My friend had the same situation months ago with her Hoa, and this lady is robbing people and starts nice but ignores you and add more nonsense charges.
Attorney selection was provided by a firm involved in recovering funds belonging to individuals and estates. I questioned the fee which seemed out of line with legal services provided by other attorneys that I have hired -- trust, probate, business, employment, and trademark. Was assured by the recovery firm that I would "love" working with this attorney. The court order was obtained on September 30, 2019. The County Treasurer's check was in error which compounded the problem. Berkshire disregarded the court order and sent two checks with an erroneous amount which I was required to return. As of January 6, 2020, I have not received the check for the corrected amount nor any correspondence. At this point, I will have to file with my state's Attorney General to get this fixed. Jynell D. Berkshire seemingly is inept.
