Alan Townsend is a partner in the Litigation Group. Alan joined Bose McKinney & Evans in 1992 and focuses his practice on business litigation, attorney disciplinary matters, condemnation, and eminent domain and land-use disputes. In particular, Alan has significant background in litigating disputes between landowners and municipalities about the legal and permissible use of real estate. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
