There was constant communication and I never felt like I was being rushed or he was too busy to address my concerns. He listened to my story, gathered all the facts, he developed a strategy, minimized the damage done by my previous attorney and had my best interest at heart. He is passionate about his work and cares about his clients. I hate to think of the outcome in my case if I had not retained him. Do not make the mistake of not having him in your corner, my results were several times better with Stuart. My only regret is not having him on my case from the very beginning!
I was given Mr. Torch's name from an attorney friend when I needed immediate assistance with my teaching job, when the teacher's union was failing miserably to protect me. We had our first meeting, and I knew he was the one to help me. I will never forget that he said at our initial consultation "Your job is a runaway train and you aren't even on it." He was right. He immediately went to work and very quickly got the situation under control. He negotiated a very, very fair agreement with the school board of education and I was able to not only keep my dignity, but leave with a settlement that left me with a lot of time to reflect on my career path and lick my wounds without having to worry about immediately finding another job. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Torch and would retain him again in a heartbeat.
