I am a US citizens and I want to apply for a petition for my parents and siblings under the age of 21 .i want to know how much will be the cost of it

Answered by attorney Stephen Arnold Black
Immigration lawyer at The Law Office of Stephen A. Black
OK, a US citizen over 21 can petition his mother and father for their green cards, and they can adjust status here if they entered the United States with permission. If the mother and father are in a foreign country, the child can still petition for them but they will process their cases at the US Consulate overseas. A United States citizen can sponsor his sibling brother, but normally that takes about 12 to 15 years. There is no visa available for a sibling petition until at least 12-15 years passes. As far as your question regarding attorneys fees, some of us charge a very affordable flat rate fee to process the case from start to finish. We cannot solicit your case, pursuant to strict website rules, but you can research our backgrounds and reach out to one of us.

How can I apply for my fiances citezenship if he enerted the us illegally?

Answered by attorney Lynne Rogers Feldman
Immigration lawyer at Feldman Feldman Associates, PC
Because he entered illegally the case is more complicated than normal but probably doable unless he has an extensive criminal record or has been previously removed, left the country after entering illegally and returned. Lots of questions to ask you both to best position the case and determine if he can process here or will need his final interview and waiver overseas. I would suggest a paid consultation to sort it all out - any consultation fees to us would be credited toward the fees for your case. Call or email me as indicated below to pursue further.

How can I bring my husband here to the United States?

Pius Joseph
Answered by attorney Pius Joseph (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Law Offices of Pius Joseph
You have too many details. It does not matter what his EU status is. If you have a good faith marriage you should file the I-130 if he is abroad and an I-130 and I-485 if he is in the U.S.
