Is it possible for me to come back to the US to see my children?

It may be possible but you need to do the right thing this time and hire an attorney. If you had an attorney from the start you would have saved yourself a lot of these problems.

Can I get my citizenship before my case gets dismissed?

Answered by attorney David Nabow Soloway
Immigration lawyer at Kennedy, Nalepa & Soloway, P.C.
The USCIS utilizes a robust background checking process and you should expect the USCIS to be aware of any citation, charge, arrest or similar matter whether you reveal it or not. Perhaps even more important, failure to disclose a criminal matter may have more harsh consequences than the underlying criminal matter itself, since that can be viewed as constituting immigration fraud. Generally, the USCIS will not approve a naturalization case while there remains an outstanding criminal matter, and instead the USCIS will require court-certified disposition documentation, including certified documents showing that all community service obligations have been completed when community service was required.

Can I file for H1B visa extension and keep working until my green card comes when I marry?

Answered by attorney Patrick Lee Jarrett (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Jarrett & Price, LLC
Depending on when you get married, you may want to file for an extension. When you apply for your adjustment after your marriage, you can file for a work permit concurrently. So if you are getting married soon, your work permit will likely be approved before your H1B expires. With that being said, you should seek the assistance of immigration counsel to discuss the specifics of your case.
