Filing the I-751 form accurately

Answered by attorney Alan Lee
Immigration lawyer at Alan Lee Arthur Lee, Attorneys at Law
You should certainly put down the fact that you had a child during the 2 years of marriage and also show proof that you are pregnant again. Those facts are central to a determination that your marriage is indeed bona fide. If your name is on the mailbox, you can leave the “in care of name” box blank. If you are using the address of a place where you are not residing or your name is not on the mailbox, you can fill in the box with the name of the person whose name is on the mailbox. Can they deny me if I passed the test but she said a decision cannot yet be made?

Answered by attorney Carlos Raul Juelle (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Herrera & Juelle LLP
We need more information about what process you are undergoing before USCIS to give you a proper answer. However, any process that you pursue before USCIS can result in a denial if not pursued properly, or if it should not have been undertaken in the first place.

Can I travel to Hawaii while my green card application is submitted for a year now

Answered by attorney Lelia Adams
Immigration lawyer at Essien Immigration Law, PLLC
Generally, you can travel within the United States with a government issued identification document. Hawaii is an Island State of United States. You may want to seek assistance from an attorney to follow-up with USCIS on the status of your application.
