Your question requires an attorney consultation. It is not a simple question that can be answered on this type of forum. There are many factors that would need to be considered and evaluated. Were the proceedings "terminated" by the judge or did the judge "order you removed/deported". The exact phrasing is important. I strongly suggest that you contact an experienced immigration attorney for a face-to-face consultation and give him/her all of the facts surrounding your situation. He/she would then be in a better position to analyze your case and advise you of your options.

Well, I do not agree with your opinion that "all laws" favor women. I can understand that some judges may be more sympathetic to a woman's claim. However, there are many ways to protect yourself. You simply have to use your best judgment. If you feel feeble or lost still, you will have to come in for an interview and consultation.

Why your dad cannot re apply for you? If you have proof that a case was filed for you before 2001 then you can adjust in the USA if you came without visa. Your lawyer is misleading you.
