Can someone with a felony conviction get a green card?

Answered by attorney Jennifer Maude Oltarsh
Immigration lawyer at Oltarsh & Associates, P.C.
For even selling a small amount of cocaine, Immigration has no relief. However, if your husband calls me, there may be an alternative, but I need to speak to him for more information. I have been in practice in the immigration field for more than 40 years. I have handled cases with experience, integrity, and good effect. Please call me to discuss your case. The assigned number for your free case evaluation: 0613d. We offer payment plans with no interest.

My i751 is denied, can I still live in the US if I marry a greencard holder?

Answered by attorney William D. Fong (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Fong Ilagan
It depends on the reason your I-751 removal of conditions was denied and if you are in removal proceedings. Generally the Service will deny the I-751 after they make a determination of marriage fraud. If so, your subsequent marriage will not help unless you overcome the previous determination. Did you timely file an appeal?
