Is my partner going to have any problem when wanting to leave US with a US citizen child?

Hi. If she has a US passport and US birth certificate showing she is the mother, then she should not have any problems. To confirm the requirements, she should check with the airlines.

Can someone go to another country after being deported in the US?

Justin Wang
Answered by attorney Justin Wang (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Sheppard Mullin
He cannot return to the US within 5 years unless he has prior permission from the DHS. He probably can go to any other country as long as he has the proper visa or travel document as deportation from the US should not affect other countries.
