I-130 is usually 2-4 months. But, until the NVC finishes the case and she gets interviewed in Brazil, the whole process easily takes 6-12 months.

The I-130 should be fine. If you overstayed/stayed illegally for 180 to 364 days, you are barred for 3 years, if 365 or more, 10 year bar will apply.

Annulling a marriage does not mean that it never existed in the eyes of Immigration. You would have to remarry your wife in order for her to be considered your legal spouse prior to her applying for a visa to come to the States as your dependent.
