Can I write a letter of invitation for a US visa?

Answered by attorney Phong Thanh Tran (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Law Office of Pho Ethan Tran, PLLC
Yes. You can write an invitation letter for your friend on the company's letterhead. The letter should clearly clearly state who you are, what services you are offering, and why you want to invite your friend to the training sessions. If there is any indication that your friend will be working in the US during his time here, such as organizing tutoring and training sessions, his application will most likely be denied.

What are the chances of my boyfriend becoming legal if he illegally came to the United States?

Answered by attorney Francis John Cowhig (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Francis John Cowhig
Your question requires an attorney consultation. It is not a simple question that can be answered on this type of forum. There are many factors that would need to be considered and evaluated. Much will depend on what grounds or qualifications he has to immigrate to the U.S. I strongly suggest that you or your boyfriend contact an experienced immigration attorney for a face-to-face consultation and give him/her all of the facts surrounding your boyfriend's situation.
