Will my I-360 get approved when I have two years green based on the marriage?

It should be. However, other documentation may be necessary to show that you had entered into a bona-fide marriage. I would strongly suggest that you consult with an experience immigration attorney to guide you through the process.

Will my green card be affected if I get a divorce and remarry?

Generally, as long as one has legitimate reasons, there should be no effect on the green card, although CIS may ask. The fact you are from the Philippines can raise some questions as well, but that depends on all of the underlying facts.

Why does the US citizen be the one interviewed for the spouse's I-130 application?

Answered by attorney Phong Thanh Tran (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Law Office of Pho Ethan Tran, PLLC
An I-130 interview is for the purpose of reviewing your petition for completeness and to receive testimony and documents from you to determine if the marriage was done in good faith and not for the purpose of circumventing immigration laws. If your husband is currently in the US, he should attend the interview with you. You should be prepared to recite all the information disclosed on the forms and present documents such as, but not limited to, your marriage certificate, divorce decrees, joint tax returns, bank accounts, photos, etc., to prove your relationship.
