I have entered USA on 26 june,2103 for the first time on immigration visa.I want to apply for a reentry permit.Im leaving USA on 12 aug,2013.

Your green card is being mailed to you and that would be your travel document.  Once you get the card, you won't need a re-entry permit.  If you don't think your green card will not arrive in time for your travel plans, you will need to file for advanced parole on form I-131.

All immigration questions involve complex, fact intensive application of a huge set of laws and exceptions. You need to communicate in person with an attorney and go over all of the necessary details before deciding what to file with USCIS.

Can I file a form n600 for a child for which I am the legal guardian? The child has derived citizenship through his father.

Answered by attorney David Troy Cox
Immigration lawyer at CoxEsq, PC
If the child were living with his citizen father, in his custody, the child would be a citizen.  In this case, the father will have to petition for his child.
