Immigration lawyer at The Montes Law Firm
Eventually INS will start deportation proceedings. I doubt that there is anything you can do to keep from getting deported, however you should consult with an attorney that specializes in immigration to at least inquire wither you mirth have a way to fight it. Good luck.

Can I petition my mother for citizenship even if I don't have a job?

You can file a petition for your mother, but you will likely need a co-sponsor for the Affidavit of Support unless you have sufficient assets.

What is the waiting period for a non immigrant married to a US citizen?

Answered by attorney Bruce A. Coane (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Coane & Associates, PLLC
There is no law prohibiting you from applying to visit your husband, although, it's not typically a good outcome. It doesn't hurt to try, however. The process for immigrant visa takes about 8-18 months once your USA citizen spouse files the papers.
