In February 2012 you will be able to apply for permanent residency. Then you may apply for your future wife which may take 24 years but she will not be able to stay here unless otherwise authorized.

Assuming that your father is not barred for any reason other than being in the US for one year or more illegally, he should be able to immigrate provided there is no problem with financial support. There's nothing to do.  No one will prevent you from leaving.  However, if you overstayed 1 year or more, when you leave, you will trigger the 10-year bar, which means you cannot return to the U.S. for 10 years.  Also, your visa(s) will automatically be revoked.
