Not sure what you are asking but if you marry him in the US, then he can apply for his green card. The entire process takes between 3 and 4 months from start to finish. Just make sure to consult with an attorney before getting married.

Sorry, but the answer is "no." Generally, you may file a petition for naturalization as early as 90 days before the end of five years from the date you became a Lawful Permanent Resident.
