Can an attorney refuse to give his bar number?

Answered by attorney Lynne Rogers Feldman
Immigration lawyer at Feldman Feldman Associates, PC
I do not know the answer to this but suggest you check with the State Bar of the State where the attorney is located to file a complaint if appropriate. Not clear if the person calling is even an attorney or a scammer

How do I apply for my parents to immigrate to the US?

Answered by attorney Harun Kazmi
Immigration lawyer at Kazmi & Sakata
If your parents are abroad and not coming here, you can file their I-130s for consulate processing. The total time maybe 8 to 12 months before they get their immigrant visas at the U.S. consulate.
