Is there anyway I can be eligible for residency or citizenship?

Answered by attorney Harun Kazmi
Immigration lawyer at Kazmi & Sakata
Hi. Did you enter on a visa to the US. If so, then you can file for your green card based on the marriage.  You will get a 10 year green card since you have been married for more than 2 years. I would be happy to discuss in more detail. Feel free to contact us anytime at: harun@ksvisalaw.com or 858-874-0711.

You should know, that you must demonstrate for each filing that your previous marriages were also valid. You should hire an attorney to assist you in this process.

What can I do to keep my sister in the US after she has been detained by immigration?

Answered by attorney Lynne Rogers Feldman
Immigration lawyer at Feldman Feldman Associates, PC
Your sister may have some options to remain in the US especially since she is so young and has US citizen family members. Call my office if youd like to set up a time to talk so I can look at all the options she has. We charge $250 an hour for consultations, but that would then be credited to your account if you decide to hire us for the entire case. Hopefully well be able to get something figured out for her.
