Will my baby still be a US citizen if I give birth in my country?

Answered by attorney Christopher Emmanuel Benjamin (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at The Barrister Firm, P.A.
No, because you must be a US citizen to confer citizenship on your children. Only children of non-citizens that are born in this country are considered citizens as a result of birth within the US boundaries.

25 years in us have 2 menor felonies and 3 2 miser minors This affect my recidence

Answered by attorney David Troy Cox
Immigration lawyer at CoxEsq, PC
Yes.  Immigration and Customs Enforcement will probably catch up with you and place you in removal proceedings.  If the felonies qualify as "aggravated felonies" you would not qualify for a bond and would be held by immigration until your case is resolved.  I recommend you contact a lawyer who specializes in post-conviction relief and see if you can't get the sentences modified or the cases re-opened.  Getting rid of the convictions, or modifying the sentences, is your best hope at avoiding or defending against removal.

E-1 Visa Spouse Permit

Answered by attorney Harun Kazmi
Immigration lawyer at Kazmi & Sakata
Hello. Her prior employment will not likely come up with the I-765 application. However, when you renew your E1 visas, if it comes to the attention of the processing officer, she will be considered to have worked without the authorization and may cause problems for her next application/visa. That said, she should still file the work permit to avoid any more work violations.
