Answered by attorney Hugo Florido (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Florido & Associates, P.A.
Yes, he can be potentially be legalized. Your disabilities do not hinder his ability to do same. Are you a citizen? Did he enter legally? If the answers to those questions are "yes" then perhaps he qualifies for residency.

I am unemployed and would like to apply for us citizen, will this affect my application?

Answered by attorney Lynne Rogers Feldman
Immigration lawyer at Feldman Feldman Associates, PC
Unemployment will not affect your ability to apply for U.S. citizenship but you should have an attorney review your first denial and discuss it with you before you spend the money to apply again. Certain good moral character issues could also affect your permanent residency.

Do the embassy officers check the credit history by social security in order to approve the B1B2 Renewal Visas?

Answered by attorney David Troy Cox
Immigration lawyer at CoxEsq, PC
Credit worthiness is not a legal criteria for entry into the US.  Officers may want proof of financial ability to fund a trip to ensure you are able to return, but that effort should not involve a credit history check.
