No. You must wait until the very day that you become 21 years old before you can submit a petition for your father.

After my US citizenship, how long will it take for my husband's green card to process?

Answered by attorney David H Nachman
Immigration lawyer at NPZ Law Group
This will depend upon the State you are in. Once you become a USC and you file for your husband then, at least in the State of NJ, the green card case for your spouse will take about 90 days or so - absent any "bumps in the road".

If you have a bona fide relationship, then yes, you can get married. Thereafter, you need to consult with an experienced immigration lawyer to continue with the process to legalize your future husband. Best of luck.
