If I was placed in a removal proceedings, what can I do to over come these grounds?

NOID, especially in Houston, is a huge problem. You need a very good attorney to deal with that. if the I-130 is still pending at the master calender hearing time, the judge will usually re-set. if the I-130 is denied, that's a huge problem.

Can I get a green card if I have DACA?

Answered by attorney Francis John Cowhig (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Francis John Cowhig
DACA alone will not get you a green card nor will it make you eligible for a green card. Whether or not you qualify for permanent residency will depend on many factors, too numerous to detail here. I suggest that you contact an experienced immigration attorney for a face-to-face consultation and give him/her all of the facts surrounding your situation

Divorce decree or divorce certificate

Answered by attorney David Troy Cox
Immigration lawyer at CoxEsq, PC
Whether you are divorced or married is not relevant during naturalization proceedings.  There is no need to prove you are divorced (if you are).  In any case, you could rely on the certificate.  Sometimes they ask for additional information and they may ask for the decree, in which case you will have to provide that too.
