How do I go about filing FOR I-130 from another country?

Justin Wang
Answered by attorney Justin Wang (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Sheppard Mullin
you should file I-130, visa petition for him and once approved, file additional forms and paper with the national visa center. Then he will be interviewed at the US embassy. His 2007 illegal entry and deportation should only bar him for 5 years so he should be okay.

How do I go about providing additional documents for I-751?

Answered by attorney Lynne Rogers Feldman
Immigration lawyer at Feldman Feldman Associates, PC
There are lots of ways to show a good faith marriage - joint tax returns, cell phone bills, bank accounts, gym membership, airline tickets for trips, pictures, joint health and car insurance, joint car title, being listed as responsible party on a medical bill, etc.. If USCIS wants more documentation you should work with an attorney on this.

If I-130 has been accepted what is next?

Fakhrudeen Hussain
Answered by attorney Fakhrudeen Hussain (Unclaimed Profile)

The I130 will take about 6-7 months to get approved, once it is approved there are couple of other steps with the National Visa Center before an interview will be scheduled for you at the US Consulate in Canada to obtain an immigrant visa to come to the US as a spouse of a US citizen.
