How can I bring someone from Bangladesh to the US?

Answered by attorney Phong Thanh Tran (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Law Office of Pho Ethan Tran, PLLC
To bring your fiance to the US, you will need to submit a fiance petition on his behalf. The petition is submitted on form I-129F, and you must submit documentation to prove by clear and convincing evidence that you both are free to marry, that you have met each other in-person within the last 2 years, and that you have a bona fide intent to marry within 90 days of his entry into the United States.

Can I petition my husband for permanent resident even if I don't have a job?

Immigration lawyer at Havens Lichtenberg PLLC
If you have a co-sponsor, and the co-sponsor makes enough money to qualify for affidavit of support, your own lack of income would not cause denial of your husband's adjustment application (it might be denied for other reasons, but not because you don't have a job).

How hard would it be to get him papers and would there be any complications since he entered illegally?

Answered by attorney Kevin L. Dixler
Immigration lawyer at Law Office of Kevin L. Dixler
If he entered without inspection, then he cannot adjust status, here, unless he was paroled into the U. S., so more information is needed. There may be more options. However, I strongly recommend an appointment with a competent and experienced immigration attorney who can spend enough to ask enough questions.
