My wife was illegal in the USA for four years do I have a chance brings her to USA?

Answered by attorney Jennifer Maude Oltarsh
Immigration lawyer at Oltarsh & Associates, P.C.
Is your wife currently in her home country? If a foreign national was in the US and remained for over one year and departed she can be petitioned but is subject to a bar on admissibility and will need a waiver. There are new procedures to get her back. A waiver is discretionary so I suggest hiring counsel.

If I get my DUIs expunged, will I be able to get my citizenship?

Answered by attorney Matthew Rice Glinsmann
Immigration lawyer at Glinsmann Immigration
Do NOT expunge your criminal records. Doing so will only hurt your ability to properly document what occurred in those cases. The USCIS does not recognize expungement. You may have to wait until time passes to file your naturalization case, so that the last DUI at least five years old.

Is it possible to waive the fact that I overstayed in the U.S by 10 months due to pregnancy sickness?

Hassan Hussein Elkhalil
Answered by attorney Hassan Hussein Elkhalil (Unclaimed Profile)
Immigration lawyer at Elkhalil Law, P.C.
Because you overstayed your visa, you will need to file for a waiver if you are outside of the U.S. In your case and based on the facts that you presented, I do not think you will have a problem getting your waiver approved considering your situation and the supporting documents that you will need to provide with your waiver request.
